Awful… Bought an expensive coupon through Unilocal,cleaners came for an extremely short and not thorough cleaning and then bailed early.

There were not a lot of reviews of this place in fact i only found one and they say they have been in business since 1998. which made me a little bit weary of purchasing a groupon for $ 80 groupon claimed this was a great deal for a deap cleaning (I’m pretty sure that is not what I got) and that they brought ALL of their own cleaning supplies (this was not the case either)
Lets Start here
*I had called a couple off weeks ahead of time so schedule my cleaning we chose a Monday at 8:30 at 8:30 my phone rang and it was here asking if she could come on Tuesday at 8:30 I said that was fine not a big deal
* they arrived on time on Tuesday I was just moving some big items outside onto the patio so they where not in the way I planned to put my rabbits into my bedroom (which i did not ask to be cleaned) so they where in the living room when they arrived i went up stairs dragged them into my bedroom and closed the door
* when I came down stairs they where in my hallway talking about some personal and lets say controversial issues now don’t get me wrong I don’t care what you do on your own time but save it for the car ride not while your suppose to be cleaning my house
*At some point when I was in the house I saw one of them cleaning my cabinets with the sponge I use to do dishes
* I finished moving some stuff and went to sit out on my patio so I was not in the way at about 9:15 they came outside and told me they where all done (I thought this was odd they had only been here for 45 minutes yes the space that I had asked them to clean was small, just a bathroom, hallway kitchen and living room) but I said ok what ever there was two of them.
*They did come outside and ask me if I wanted to see the house but the kitchen floor was wet and I didn’t want to walk across it so I asked if they did everything and they said yes, I asked her for a quote on bi-​weekly cleaning which she quoted me $ 75 I had paid $ 80 for the groupon since I paid $ 80 for the deal I expected a good clean cabinets completely done base boards etc.
*I stayed outside until the floor was dry enough and came back to my kitchen to find a flood on my floor, they had moved my water dispenser which caused water to leak out of it and just left the water there said nothing. items had been moved so that they could clean and they had just left those items where every they felt like there was a fan on my counter etc. (again not such a big deal the floor was drying after all)
*Moving onto the bathroom when I walked in there the trash can was not there my tooth brush was not on the sink and neither was my tooth paste (it took me a full hour to locate where these items had gone, one would assume you wipe down the sink you put the tooth paste and tooth brush back right? guess not) I had some jewelry sitting on the lip to the mirror I found this inside a candle and my trash can was in the kitchen. The baseboards in this room had not even been wiped down and where still dirty
*The stairs looked pretty good they had been swept I’m not sure they had been moped
*Get up stairs and notice that my bedroom door was open which I had specifically closed tight when I put the rabbits in there (this I did not like at all I do not like at all that I found door that i had shut open when I arrived upstiars
*Moving on to the living room it had been vacuumed and a whole bunch of items had been placed onto the couch and never put back neither was the coffee table which was moved, a Jewelry box that was in the living room had been knocked over broken and there was jewelry all over the floor again not a big deal that it was broken, but it did belong to my great grandmother, so it would have been nice if someone had mentioned to me that it had fallen and picked up the jewelry
********I have dropped my review down to 1 star things I hadn’t realized when writing my review*********
* The shower head arm in my shower is BROKEN
*There is still dirt dust and Cobwebs in the corners to my hallway! I have posted photos to my facebook wall and my friends are APPALLED!!!
*I picked up a rug in the hallway and there was a PILE of rabbit food under it!
*I spilled something in my refrigerator yesterday and went to get my BIG BLUE bottle of Mr. clean with fabreez to wipe down the fridge searched for it for about 20 minutes before I realized it is GONE, its GONE! (While I understand this could have been a mistake while they where cleaning up by now they know that they have a cleaning product that does not belong to them and have made no effort to let me know they took it!)
*ask anyone I know I am not someone who is picky about cleaning and I HATE that I have to write this review like I seriously HATE it, If it where not for how UPSET I am about the things that where broken and the OBVIOUS dirt that was left behind I probably would not even be writing this review
* I PAID THESE PEOPLE 80 DOLLARS FOR THEM TO BE HERE FOR 45 MINUTES I SHOULD HAVE ZERO COMPLAINTS!!!
