Harvest manages a 24 unit condo building where I own a rental property. During the recent snow storm, they were extremely responsive to issues created by record snowfall and prolonged 0 degree weather. They have also been extremely efficient in administering fractional tax bills (which are currently assessed to the building and not individual owners).

Harvest Properties manages the association in which I own an investment condominium. I have lived in and owned condos for nearly ten years and have dealt with several different management companies, but Harvest Properties has far and away been the best. They are extremely professional and prompt and offer an array of services, like auto payment of fees and online access that make life much easier as an absentee unit owner. I have had nothing but positive interactions with the staff at Harvest and recommend them highly!

They charge too much for their condo fees, don’t actually do anything when you complain about it, and if you’ve got issues with annoying drug-​dealing people in your building, they turn a blind eye and hide in a corner from you because they don’t want to deal with it. My roof still leaks. The guy below me still smokes up a storm each day. This place is a sham.
