Very understated furniture showroom, it’s about the furniture not the show. Family owned business with no junk furniture. Most importantly, over the years if there has been any kind of problem it’s taken care of immediately. Always negotiate, they seem open to offering better deals if there are multiple pieces being purchased.

We came here after being recommended by friends… I was really impressed with the selection they have. The salesman was so helpful and answered all of our questions, and if he didn’t know the answer he went and asked. We ordered a sectional and customized it exactly to fit our home, as well as a kitchen table and chairs. They didn’t have the exact table we needed on their floor, so they brought out catalogues to show other things they could order. Found exactly what we needed and it’s so beautiful! I can’t wait to have it delivered. Thank you Marty’s for all your help!

Well just over a year later we are having problems with our sectional again. We bought into the Guardsmen Service plan which we were told by the store that it covered all kinds of things. After calling Guardsmens to tell them one of the buttons popped in, we were then told we had to repeat everything we told them verbally via email with pictures. I would say about 3 weeks later we were emailed that our claim was denied. Since then I have been calling John the Manager, but no call back. His employees are the first to admit he is not in the office a lot and does not return calls. He was there today and he didn’t call back. I was not the friendliest person when I called, but I said I just wanted my money back for the Guardsmen’s serve to the girl on the phone and for him to call me about it. Obviously the store makes money selling this service. The sectional has not held up well, our IKEA sofas held up better. Yes they did.
As before I will update this review if I get a call back. I would not buy anything there and if I did I would not buy into the service plan.

My husband and I just visited Marty’s to view their selection of leather living room furniture. We entered the showroom, walked through the whole upstairs floor layout, tried out several sofas, and headed out the door without one word from a sales person. Not a «Hello,» or an «I’ll be with you as soon as possible,» or «Let me know if you have any questions.» Customer service is everything – so, we will not be going back!

I’ve been shopping at Marty’s for at least 15 years. I always get great service and high quality furniture at a reasonable price. The furniture lasts and looks great years later. They matched the price Bob’s was asking for a leather living room set.

Small showroom, but can order nearly anything. Helpful with shipping and moving large furniture through small spaces too.

Love this store! Just bought a great couch here for $ 400 less than Boston Interiors — identical couch. Not only did couch cost less but fabric protection and delivery was also less. Plus they didn’t charge a deposit to take home a fabric sample. Will definitely go back for future furniture purchases.

Nice local family business. I buy all my furniture here, and it is much less expensive than Jordan’s. From the front it looks like an old warehouse, so you don’t get the fancy-​ness of the larger furniture stores– but so what. The prices are great, and they can order pretty much anything you want. It’s definitely more affordable than the big furniture chains. Joe and John are both very helpful. I have bought mattresses there too.

I had been looking all over for furniture and liked many of the styles at Boston Interiors. Marty’s has many of the exact models and similar styles but for much less! Joyce was my salesperson and she was VERY patient and offered lots of great advice. They are not pushy at all (very hard to find in furniture stores these days!) and I love the fact that it’s a local family business. They are great!

We’d been looking for a book case of a particular size (36″ tall and about 48″ long) for several months, to fit in one certain spot in our condo. The only one we’d seen that fit the bill was way too pricey. Someone suggested we look here. Not easy to find, and once you get there, it looks like an old warehouse. It’s one of those old-​fashioned furniture stores where all of the salesmen look as though they’ve worked here for 40 years. We did not have high hopes, but we told the salesman what we were looking for and — OMG — there it was! And less than half the cost of the one we’d seen elsewhere! It did take about a month for it to come in, but it was delivered yesterday by two very nice deliverymen, and I love it!
