Joe Reizis and Lena from the Brooklyn office at 1020 Avenue X were simply exceptional. FLAWLESS white glove service from both of them. We closed in 24 days!!! Our real estate agent guided us to Franklin First. Our officer, Lika Epremashvili, was phenomenal. She was always watching our back and worked tirelessly behind the scene to keep our mortgage app for a home purchase moving forward. She was great to work with, highly competent and very responsive. She answered questions along the way, made herself available to us. She knows what she’s doing and seemed to make things go even faster. It was a great experience and we closed with minimum fuss — which is amazing considering how nightmarish real estate can be. I highly recommend them!
