Absolutely amazing food!!! I would go eat at this Mc Donald’s any day! They are very nice there, and the food is amazing! If you want a good meal, you should come here.

I was on a sales call and stopped at this location on my way back to my office. What a pleasant experience. The owner, Carlos, greeted me as soon as I walked in and went out of his way to make sure my order came out as ordered. I wish more establishments went out of their way as much as this one did. Customer service is the name of the game in this industry and this McDonald’s is right on the money. Keep up the good work Carlos and staff. Will surely be back next time I am around the area!

Why write a review for McDonald’s? because those managers are exceptional in taking care of the customers’ need and they’re capable and friendly so that’s why. The best McDonald’s experience in Long Island.

The owners are very rude and unprofessional people. When my wife asked to use a coupon the owner came out to the drive through and used extreme profanity towards my wife. I put in a complaint with McDonalds and they simply passed my info to the owner. When the owner called me and I asked for his name I was told «this is Ronald effing McDonald calling» he then proceeded to tell me that bad things would happen if he ever saw me at the restaurant again. I don’t understand how a business owner can treat its customers with so much contempt, nor why McDonalds will do nothing to curb it. I would not recommend using this McDonalds ever.

I wish I could give them less than one star! Most of the staff is nice but the owner & the management leave something to be desired. They are rude & unfriendly, after an unpleasant experience in this location I would never go back again. I use to go there everyday for almost a year, sometimes twice. Once in the morning for coffee and the later for lunch or dinner. On my last visit I heard a manager say something rude about me and when I called him on it the owner followed me out to my car. Bad service by both the manager & the owner. I called Customer service to complain & they gave the owner my contact info after I asked them not to. He called and left a rude message on my voicemail.

I stop here every day on my way to work to get my coffee. They morning crew is great. They all recognize me and make my coffee when they see me walking in the door.
Think what you want, but if you haven’t had McDonalds coffee and you think Starbucks coffee is good, you have never had a truly good cup of coffee. I drink my coffee black and in doing so I can tell the quality of coffee better than most because of that.

Stopped there on my way to a business event … they gave me a hot breakfast and a very large cup of coffee for just $ 3!!! The service was ultra fast, and pleasant and the food was hot, tasty and well prepared. I don’t know how they can do this and still make a profit! Fantastic experience — I would definitely do this again! Very, very inexpensive and high quality!!!
