This is the WORST company ever! Every one of their customer service people are idiots. They read from a script and don’t listen to what you have to say. They put you on hold time and again and NEVER let you talk to a supervisor. These people speak English but must be liberals because they’re all dumbasses. I just tried to run a VISA card and it came back «SERV NOT ALLOWED». So, I called and asked what the problem was and they said, «You must not be allowed to run that type of card. WHAT!!! It’s a ****ing VISA card, WTF?!!
Oh by the way, their salesperson came in and LIED about getting me a better rate. He lowered one rate and jacked the other rate way up to compensate.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

Worst customer service ever. Nobody has a clue what is going on in customer service. I have even sent in multiple emails prior to even calling in for support. A simple program was all that was needed. I have had multiple issues in the past, so I wanted to be sure that this time we were ready to go before I called. I have been on the phone holding with upper level support for over an hour and still have not had any solutions. Meanwhile, I have been unable to use my terminal or assist customers. They are even refusing to call me back so that they can figure things out on their end, so I have no choice but to continue holding while they continue to waste my time!

Watch out for this company the rep will lie to you and then they will take money out of your account they told us no contracts and there is

Just like everyone else. An absolute horror to deal with. Scam artists. If you get trapped by them, make sure you close your bank account or have them blocked before you try to deal with it — they will drain your account given a chance. An absolute nightmare of random, hidden charges, fine print, buried deep on the website. I hear there’s a class action suit going on — I’m very up for being part of it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I wish I’d done my homework instead of going with a neighbor’s cousin. Ugh.

For a business like this, Unilocal should allow a scale that goes into the negatives. This company would be off the charts.
I signed with another merchant company which was bought by Pivotal Payments.
I noticed something was wrong when my monthly statement was stacked with outrageous monthly fee’s. When I cancelled they informed my that I would incur a $ 650.00 cancellation fee + an additional monthly fee.
I don’t have a contract with this company. That being said, I have contacted my financial institution and blocked access access to my account.
I plan on contacting the attorney general for New York state where this horrible abomination of a company is headquartered:

This company is a credit card processing company. If I could give them MINUS 10 stars that would be an appropriate rating!
It bought out my merchant account company and I entered a nightmare of EPIC proportions. I didn’t originally sign up with them.
I am no longer associated with them, I am glad to say. BUT I feel I need to warn others not to go into business with them.
