Horrible customer service showed him a picture (chair 3) on what I want and he said don’t talk I know what I’m doing don’t tell me how to do my job. End quote… so I let him and he did a terrible
Job and at the end refused to
Refund me and he kept telling me if I want he’ll fix them if I wait two hours /​ridiculous

So every time I come here they stick me with the older lady, who bless her heart tries, but makes my cuticles bleed, and i had a pedi once and she cut the skin under my toe nails making them sore.
The work by everyone else is good work, it’s their attitudes that make you not want to come back. They are rude and make you feel bad to upsell their services. I havent been around much because of it an went in to get my eyebrows waxed and they got jealous because i got my nails done somewhere else. Like «who did that?! why not come here?» pressure much?
They are making some money because they redecorated and bought a flat screen. but their attitude is what loses customers
