We took our 13 year old border collie Morgan to see Pam on Saturday. She is wonderful and my dog did not seem stressed at all when we picked her up from her full groom. I’ll definitely be back! I loved that she was able to make an appointment so we didn’t just drop her off to sit in the crate until it was her turn to be groomed. Great job Pam!

Very happy I found Shampoodles. The owner, Pam, asked me detailed questions about my cocker spaniel pup’s cut and made sure I was clear on how she planned to cut her. She even has a «shave length chart» she references so you can see exactly what you’re choosing. Also important for me: it’s clear Pam really loves animals. She made it seem less like a business exchange and more like she was there to take care of my pup for the next couple hours. Loved the place!

I love Shampoodles! Such a cute name! They handled my dog with such care and gentle compassion, which is what he needed because he has fear over getting his nails trimmed. They did such a great job with him, he was shiny, soft and smelled like a million bucks (instead of mud). I recommend Shampoodles in the highest regard and will definitely bring him back for another scrub down!
