I would give this company 0 stars if I had the option.
What company doesn’t answer their phone? Awful customer service AND you can not depend on them for trash pick up. Some weeks they show up and other weeks they are a no show. They should at least have the decency to answer their phones and explain to their customers what is going on.

Company needs to get their crap together. Unilocal blocked one review (not mine) for telling the truth. This company has really gotten this bad. Our trash has only been picked up twice on time since before Christmas. Worst trash service I have ever seen in my life. They have so many complaints that they let their voicemail fill up and won’t answer their phones. When they do get the trash sometimes they leave some in the can. Lazy and mismanaged. Charging for a service that is not provided is the same as stealing.

This is ridiculous. After the icey weather last week, we understood why the company didn’t come pick up the trash. Now its the second week & ABC Waste is not making an effort to inform their customers on why this delay of service is taking place. You can’t call because the voice mailbox has been filled for days & noone is answering. We pay on time, we put the trash out at the given hour of morning & we never set out anything thecompany says its unable to trash. This company ABC Waste is undeniably the worst trash pickup service we have ever had dealings with. The workers literally spill trash pick some up yet leave small amounts on the streets for the patrons to pick up. This is the laziest company. The moment we are able to get into contact we are dumping their sad business as a go to & choosing anyone other than them. The cost is now not a factor in this decision. I am bringing up this company in the next Neighborhood Watch meeting to find out all the other customers thoughts on them. You should totally be able to leave a negative star.
