I am forced to use this company to get my chemo medicine. I have been using them for the last 9 months and they have screwed up my monthly medicine at least 6 of those months. They have sent me the wrong medicine, promised me on several occasions that it would arrive by a certain date and it didn’t and even waited for me to call them to tell them to fill my prescription when the doctor already had. They are lazy, non responsive and uncaring! If I didn’t have to deal with this company I wouldn’t. But they know I have to and hence they don’t care!

a great example of how screwed up our health care system is — insurance companies/pharmacy benefit managers forcing pts to use specialty pharmacies like this. i’m not going to bother listing all the things, both big and small, that they can’t do right. simply put: you don’t have a choice, so they don’t have to do a good job. on the plus side, accredo and express scripts are making a killing, so maybe you should buy their stock.

Accredo Specialty Pharmacy is the worst pharmacy ever. This pharmacy will not make any effort to help you if your situation or request is anything other than straightforward with no changes whatsoever. Need your medication delivered early because you’re going on a lengthy vacation? Tough. Accredo will not help you. You will have to ration your medication or go off therapy. Accredo is unconcerned about your health and welfare.

Another 30+ min phone call with «non”-express scripts /accredo. I have never dealt with a more incompetent group of people or worse company in my life. They keep promising me my medication, provide delivery dates and nothing arrives. I am held hostage by Blue Cross of Tennessee who forces me to use this service. During my last call an individual who said she was a nurse started asking me doctor patient confidential information… essentially holding delivery of my medication hostage to her questionnaire. I made it clear her questions were illegal. They are a pharmacy not a doctor and certainly not my doctor. Horrible Horrible Company…
