I unfortunately cannot give Joe a good rating at all. The only reason I am giving a star at all is I can’t post if I don’t. The first session was ok but afterwards it was hard to get a session with him. He would set a time and my granddaughter would show but Joe would not. This happened about 3 other times until we finally told him we were going to find someone else. He always had an excuse. Going to school and ran late, once he forgot, another he didn’t synced his phone and iPad so the calendar didn’t show he had an appointment! Very unprofessional!
