This is almost scam. They made mistake, and never pay us back.
Repair is not completed and they double charged us. They promised to pay back to us, but
never solved problems.

buying this insurance is a waste of money, when i bough my home, I paid 550.00 for their coverage and now, when ever I call for their services, they tell me right away, that it isn’t cover, without coming to the house to check and see what the problem is.

AHS provides warranty for a variety of home uses — Heating/​AC, appliances, etc. These guys are crooks and a waste of money. They charge you for service calls but don’t repair or resolve the problem. If the service contractor comes out and says a unit needs cleaning — they won’t repair it and say «it’s not covered». A total scam and rip off — burned once shame on them — burned twice, shame on me — my bad — should have canceled them after the first go around…
