I recently came to Memphis for a wedding; I had to purchase a summer suit for the occasion, but I didn’t have time to have it altered before I left. I phoned Richard, and he made an appointment for me within 24 hours. The alterations I required were done expertly and within 5 hours of my appointment. I couldn’t have been more pleased, and I am so grateful for his fine work.

I hadn’t been using Rocky for alterations for long before I had a huge emergency — had to have sleeves on a jacket shortened for a trade show where I was to be filmed presenting a product. Rocky was so wonderful about it — he got it knocked out in less than 1 ½ hours, saving the day for me!!! My plane left the next morning at 7:15am with me & my jacket on board! Needless to say, that earned Rocky my loyalty for ALL my alterations from now on. I see another commenter had a similar situation — Rocky always comes through for you. His prices are competitive, and sometimes a little less, than others, and he always does a GREAT, GREAT job. Plus, he’s just a great guy!!! Highly recommended — you won’t be sorry you chose him!
