My daughter left a vintage Calleen Cordero bag there to have a snap put on the side. She came back and they had put one in the middle of the leather front flap ruining the appearance of the bag. She had spent 15 minutes with the owner explaining where she wanted the snap. They were totally incompetent.

#1 shoe repair shop in the Memphis area. I wouldn’t take my shoes anywhere else. The prices are reasonable and the wait time is never more than a week to get your shoes back. I would give a 6 star rating if I could.

I have tried many shoe repair shops in Memphis and none compare to the service and quality that Bartlett Shoe Repair offers. Very friendly, very courteous, and great quality of repair. I had three pairs of shoes fixed, 2 had heel tips replaced and one had new heels and wedge repair and the repair was fantastic on all. The price was reasonable, and it only took one week. This is so refreshing compared to other local shops who are rude and have much longer repair times and lesser quality. I left two more pairs of shoes there to be fixed.

Excellent shoe repairs. They stretch, fix heels and soles and generally make every pair of shoes I have brought there look brand new. I used to go to another shoe shop but they were so arrogant and rude that I searched and luckily I found this place. I have since changed and will only go here. Very pleased with the service.

Very nice owner, reasonable prices. Didn’t end up using their services because my boots weren’t expensive (cheaper just to get a new pair and retire my 5 year old pair for good), but they were great, and I’ll definitely take my more expensive shoes back!
