Oh my goodness stopped in for a quick cone and this place was unbelievably filthy someone waste ice cream on the counter near the register no one cleaned it up the dining area floor was filthy this was ridiculous.

I didn’t have the negative experience that the previous two posters did. I’ll concede that customer service wasn’t exactly the friendliest (you definitely expect more smiles from an ice cream shop), but my order was taken accurately and promptly, and the ice cream was pretty standard. If you are into exceptionally friendly service at your ice-​cream establishment, then perhaps you should look else-​where. But if you care about getting Baskin-​Robbins ice cream promptly with passable service, then this place is fine.

DO NOT ORDER OR PURCHASE AN ICE CREAM CAKE FROM THIS STORE. We ordered a 9″ cake online, paid for it, picked it up and discovered it is an 8″ cake. My husband brought it back and was told that this is how the owner does it; she will not refund any money, and there is nothing they can do. This place is a rip off! I went to the location on Poplar, and their cakes are really 9″, so if you must get an Baskin Robbins cake, get it from that one!

This Baskin Robbins has been there for years. I take my children for ice cream, whatever they want, the last day of school. We started when my daughter was in kindergarten & she will be a senior next year! Friday, I took my two children and four of their friends. The new management/​owners are so unfriendly! We were the ONLY customers in the store, & only one of them was waiting on us while the other one just stood there. The lady never smiled one time or thanked us for coming in. Ice cream always makes kids happy (especially when you let them eat it for lunch on the last day of school) but the customer service was non-​existent!
