I purchased the following items at the Memphis Farmer’s Market
Almond Puff Coffee Cake: it was a stacked dessert — the bottom layer a cookie then on top of it a light and airy coffee cake, topped with cream cheese frosting and almonds. It was delicious.
Sweet Potato Biscuits: these bite size biscuits were moist and very flavorful
She had several more pastry items for sale that all looked amazing — and although the goods at the market were most baked pastry items she told me she cooks everything from sweet to savory and will be coming out with a new healthy line to be sold at the «Ultimate Food Stores».
I look forward to trying more of her items as the ones I had were great. I would have given 5 stars if I had eaten more items other than baked goods.
