Chick-​fil-​a can obviously do no wrong. ever. But I was meeting a group of girls after work one super rainy afternoon a few weeks ago, and thought it was BEYOND special that «Tavius» met us out at our cars to walk us in with an umbrella so we didn’t get soaked. I know that no one likes to have the «odd job». I’ve been there… but he was happy to be there and I was thankful for him showing that courtesy!

You know what you get. And always incredibly busy. Getting in and parking can be tough but they do an excellent job of getting people in and out.

Lately, the service at this location has not been as good as it has been in the recent past. Today, my daughter and I were met with icy stares by many of the staff when we went in to order lunch. We were also met by an icy stare from the girl mopping the floor at the exit door as we left. There have been numerous times also when large groups of raucous teens have taken over the restaurant. Frankly, I enjoy the food; we eat at Chick-​Fil-​A often, but I think we will have to go a little out of our way to the Germantown Rd. location in the future.

In what seems to be an endless supply of fast food establishments that simply do not care about customer service whatsoever, Chick-​Fil-​A stands out as not only caring about customer service, but doing an excellent job of making their guests feel welcome. You are almost always greeted enthusiastically by the employees when you enter, they are attentive, get your food to you quickly, and will even walk around and see if you are enjoying your meal and will offer to refill your drink for you! They also have free wi-​fi, which is most excellent. I am very happy with my many experiences at this Chick-​Fil-​A and plan on coming back frequently.

What a great meal and wonderful experience!!! My husband and I were visiting Memphis from Colorado. We dropped into Chick-​fil-​a for lunch
today. We wanted to try the new grilled chicken sandwich. As we walked in, we found a clean, inviting restaurant with lots of friendly, outgoing employees who were eager to help us.
The grilled chicken sandwich was delicious. We can’t wait to try it again. The flavor was wonderful, and the lettuce and tomato added just the right touch. Our fries were fresh and hot (very unusual these days).
Our compliments to the owner of this restaurant. It’s apparent he cares about his restaurant and pleasing his customers.
This will be a regular stop for us every time we come to Memphis.

I am a big fan of Chick Fil A
After living up north where we did not have one, it is nice to have one close by again. It is cold outside so I tried the Chicken Tortilla Soup today. Good call. I realize it isn’t a fancy restaurant but this soup hit the spot. Obviously the rest of my order was delicious.

Chick Fil A is always tasty. Their service is great and their food is wonderful. If you’re in the mood for fast food, check them out. My favorite: Spicy Chicken Sandwich with American cheese.

It’s decent.
I personally thought the chicken was a bit dry — I guess I expected more since that’s their ‘thing’.
The fries were okay — the one thing that was good were their fountain drinks.
Overall, I’d only stop there if all other options were unavailable. I do, however, have friends who swear by it.
