My girlfriend lives at the Claridge House, so I’m over here fairly often. And while her actual apartment is nice, the rest of the building could use some touch ups. Starting with the super scary elevator that I’m terrified to ride in because I just *know* this will be the time that I get stuck.
And the lobby isn’t that impressive either. And no one (who works there) ever smiles at me and it takes FOREVER to scroll all the way to whatever name you need to buzz you in… I was cold the other night, y’all, I was cold.
Bottom line: the actual apartments are great but the amenities are lacking.

I lived in this place for almost 4 years and It was wonderful. I worked in the Federal Building and that’s right around the way. So that was the first reason for even moving to the building to be close to work. Everything was perfect and upgrades were made each and every day. They were quick about fixing anything should anything break or what have you. The cleaning staff was on point. I still have 6 family members who live in this wonderful place. The Claridge House Condominiums are simply unique. You wont find better leasing office staff. They cater to your each and every need with no excuses.

Adjacent to the City Hall and Federal Building mall, this is a classic Memphis hotel turned Condo. It’s a mix of owned and rental properties, great for students at the Law and Medical schools or folks who love Downtown.
