After finding myself in an identical position as the last poster and seeing her good review, I gave this place a shot. Definitely not worth $ 15 for the«manicure» she gave me, which lasted a total of 10 minutes.(There was only one other client here, too, so no reason to fly through.) Not only did she completely rush through every single part, leaving my cuticles ragged, she clipped my nails at an angle, and then spent approx 1 second per nail filing them. Every single one of my nails was completely and noticeably lopsided and at totally different lengths from one another. I had to ask her to fix each nail 4 times. By the end, my nails were so misshapen I just decided to cut my losses and GTFO before it got worse.

If you are ever in downtown Memphis and find yourself in need of a mani/pedi — this is the place for you. Having just arrived and wanting to get the lay of the land, I was walking down Main Street and came upon this place; since I was in desperate need of a pedicure, I decided to go in and make my toes pretty. They have a large selection of colors to choose from, probably the hardest decision I had to make all day. The store is clean, the staff may or may not speak a lot of English, but that’s okay — they are good with sign language. I was lucky enough to have beat the rush. They did a great job — trimmed the toenails, got rid of the winter callouses, smoothed the skin, massaged the legs, basically transformed my toes from ugly to pretty… But the best thing — the massage chairs. After two hours on a plane, this was heaven. I’ve never been in a massage chair that was so thorough. The back was happy, the hips were happy… yes, even my butt was happy. I want one.
