Customer service is awful, but so is the service!!! This is the only cable provider in my area. ATTUVERSE is by far the BEST. The cable freezes daily and always needs to be reset. Totally AWFUL

Comcast is a nightmare to deal with in general. So can’t be too surprised when you’re treated like garbage at their service centers. We were given the wrong wires for our router/cable, quoted a different price 2x at this location(conveniently always $ 10 – 15 dollars higher than the initial quote…), and treated like we were expecting the employees to sacrifice their first born son for us. The most appalling thing, however, was the fact that we heard one of the employees proudly tell another one that he denied a man’s request to exchange his cable box for a new one because he was annoying him. REALCLASSY.

Horrible customer service and long lines… better option for dropping off equipment is go to any UPS location and they will take care of everything for you without the attitude and long lines. They actually have an arrangement with Comcast, so it costs you nothing. It took me all if 5 minutes to send my equipment back to Comcast.
