Computerlab of Memphis

My dad was camera shy for whatever reason and there are precious few photos of him… so when I tripped while carrying my personal laptop and it all fell apart, I had a panic attack… because the only photos of him were on there and I was terrified they were gone forever.
Yeah, yeah… I should have backed it up on a USB drive or whatever you computer literate people do… but I didn’t, and I thought the worst.
Well, enter Computerlab of Memphis (because Apple wouldn’t help me… ugh, like I need another reason to hate them)! In literally 48 hours this fantastic company got ALL of my information off that computer for $ 75…actually $ 68 with the 10% off Unilocal check-​in offer. I cannot recommend them enough — AMAZING!

Computerlab must be the best! I had water damage to my MacBook Pro (which costs $ 750 without a warranty if you send it into Apple to get it fixed). I was recommended to computerlab, since they’ve been in business for OVER 35 YEARS and they are an authorized apple warranty service station! I highly recommend computerlab — they are friendly, knowledgable, and they fixed my computer for $ 140, much more reasonable than my other options

I went back to get a few suggested repairs, which were fast and reasonably priced. Laurie and Jeremy are super helpful and personable and I absolutely will be returning if I ever need any help with my Mac.

They are amazing! Caring! and super fair. I visited other places and its as if they are trying to take advantage of my situation, cuz come on now a days being with out a computer is impossible. Thanks!

Wow RAM installed in my MAC 6GB in less than 15 minutes. By the way $ 100 less than MAC Advantage on Poplar and they only guaranteed same day service if I got my computer to them by 10am. REALLY? Computer Lab installed my RAM While I WAITED. Not to mention the fact that I received very friendly customer service :0) Thanks Computer Lab. 3 years and your service has never failed me… I LOVE IT

I found the «other» Apple geniuses in town: Computerlab of Memphis!
The day before i left for California, my mother’s iBook G4 went down. Since the technology is now obsolete, I asked the Apple store for repair recommendations for older Apple computers. I chose Computerlab from the Apple Store list of recommendations because of its proximity to my mom’s home.
Though i dashed in the store in a panic, I left feeling I was in good hands and that the owner would do the right thing and not take advantage of my desperation.
A few hours later, I received the good news that the computer was fixed. And, fixed at a reasonable price.
When I returned, I checked it out at the shop and it worked perfectly. I am very grateful for the integrity, knowledge and great customer service offered by the owner and staff at this shop.
