It really does not seem like to me that they want to sell furniture. They don’t accommodate the customer by allowing you to choose the delivery date.
I was in their store on a Wednesday and found a chair that I liked. They said that the chair could be delivered the next day, but I was unable to be at home then and asked for another delivery date. I was informed that that could not be done, so therefore I was unable to purchase the chair. I left frustrated.
The next day I went to Conn’s webpage, trying to once again purchase the chair. The directions stated that they could deliver to Mississippi. However, when I typed in my Mississippi address, the website stated that my house was not in their delivery area (Mind you, the in-​store associate stated that it could be delivered to me).
Therefore, the $ 1,000 chair will be purchased from another company.

I really give no stars. I have made all my payments on time (actually early) and they call and harass me saying I’m behind in my payments. I got the run around when I bought my furniture and ended up with a color I didn’t really want and not delivered when promised. The manager Tyrone didn’t have the decency to deal with the problem and avoided my calls. I called customer service several times to complain and they never called back. They sure can call wanting money. I would never buy anything from here again. This business is horrible.

Conn’s has no support from me. The salesman are very rude and unprofessional. They need to iron their shirts and tuck them in, stop screaming across the store. I bought $ 2,600 worth of merchandise. The washer and dryer duo is broken. I am now 24 hours into ownership, the dryer is making a high pitched squeaking noise. The washer worked one time and went to the spin cycle and started spinning so fast it broke off the threshold of the base. You can push the drum back and fourth, even so much as see the ground inside of them washing machine. They told me at first I would have to have a tech out to inspect it, then I got a manager on the phone he told me it would be exchanged by Sunday. Now I’m being told «maybe by Sunday a tech will be in the system to check it out»… But now the manager has gone home for the day. Imagine that. Can get any answers from the asst manager, he just says ummmmmmm a lot.

Buyers beware!!! They live up to their name Conns for con artists! They advertise 24 months free finance but they DONOT! even if you have a FICO score above 830. They want to run your credit more than twice with different companies (1^st red flag) the merchandise is not new it’s refurbished. Thought I was purchasing a new refrigerator and received refurbished with paint draped across it as well as it sounded like a lawn mower. Call company 24 hrs after delivery and cleaning «out of service#”(red flag again) went to store next day they want me to pay restocking fee for a painted, lawn mower sounding NEW refrigerator! Really! Mgr Tyrone was very nonchalant and uncaring to customer just as long as they got their money from you. «We cannot do anything about that once you sign the delivery papers» were this managers exact words. (Con artists red flag). Public do not get taken by this company go somewhere else that is a reputable company. Stay away from company’s that seems too good to be true. If you have done business with them, monitor your credit report closely!
