DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
WE pay around $ 100 a month for them to come out just once per month. There are rats, cockroaches and other bugs. The cockroaches died down for a while but there are several LARGE rats they will have nothing to do with, totally ignore, say they will be dead in two days, etc. The cockroaches have never left and are back now more than ever.
VERY UNSATISFIED. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

I have just canceled my pest control service with Cook’s after over 25 years. Their service level had deteriorated until I wondered why I even needed pest control. I still had bugs, so their service did not prevent pests. When I would call, they would come and act like I should just expect bugs despite paying someone to come routinely to spray and prevent bugs. The service people did not appear to be well-​trained. When we had a problem with bugs getting in around a drain, the service person just came and sprayed the same thing again. The company’s termite guy happened to be inspecting outside, and told us that he should have sprayed a different chemical for this problem. He did, and the problem was eliminated. We have been billed several times when the service person sprayed outside and not inside because he could not reach us, but came anyway. It’s a very expensive service for what they do. I’ve decided to keep their termite service, and buy a product that I can spray myself.
