I am so disappointed with my Cord/North American experience. I picked them because I thought they were a big, successful company. The beginning of my experience was great. Danny was a great rep and Shannon has been helpful where she can be. Once they picked up my belongings, it all went horribly wrong. My complaint is more with their parent company North American Van Lines, but this is where I can write a review. I still haven’t received my shipment, and it was supposed to arrive at my new home over 2 weeks ago. Not only are they extremely late, but the two women I talked to at customer service were so rude and told me that since my shipment wasn’t big, I wasn’t a priority. They absolutely made me feel like I didn’t matter. If all of that isn’t enough, I haven’t been offered any formal apology or compensation for living out of a suitcase for 3+ weeks thanks to their failure to do their job. I will NEVER recommend North American to anyone moving. Thanks to them for making my relocation across the country harder than it already is.
