One of Memphis’ BESTGEMS, Curbside Casseroles is AWESOME! My aunt had eye surgery yesterday and was staying with me overnight so I needed a quick dinner option. I found CC online then called to place an order. Their staff was so friendly & helpful with menu suggestions. They even offered to thaw my casserole so it would be ready for heating once I got home! Needless to say, the poppyseed chicken casserole & green beans were a hit! EVERYTHINGWASSOOOODELICIOUS… no left overs! Please know that you’ve gained a new loyal customer!

What a WONDERFUL place! I have purchased several casseroles multiple times from this place. They are an amazing group of women. It’s a little pricey, but because it’s SO convenient, I don’t mind it one bit! Check out their chicken spaghetti, chicken pot pie, enchiladas, chicken divan, and chicken noodle soup!

I am a cooking fiend, but when I am feeling lazy, this is the place to go. I have gleefully forked over my wallet more than a few times to feed friends who are sick, having babies, moving, or for my hungry self. Nothing I’ve tried has been bad. Make sure you sign up for the weekly specials — I highly approve of the shrimp and grits and the beef bourguignon. Also appreciate how they make cooking the casseroles idiot-proof(great instructions). Only downside is that it can be pricey, but still less than eating out!

YESYESYES!!! Curb Side, you are my new best friend. So last night I had a gentlemen friend stop by for dinner, and since I don’t cook, I was in quite the bind. I am one of those people that can mess up boiling water… Seriously. Unless there are explicit instructions, chances are I am going to mess it up somehow… heck, even if there ARE detailed instructions. And I wasn’t going to order a pizza. That just wasn’t even an option(even though it is what I would normally do). Well, if you are a girl like me, have no fear. They tell you EXACTLY what to do, honey. Even I was impressed with how easy it was. So what all did I get? Shrimp and grits, spinach madeliene, garlic bread, salad, and one seriously incredible strawberry cake. And all I had to do was pop some of it in the oven. And all of that for just under $ 60. If you were at a restaurant you would have spent WAY over that and it tasted better than any restaurant probably would. So long story short, Curb Side will be seeing a lot of me. I love that it is fresh and easy peasy. Totally swooning here… over the dinner they made me and the guy.

Best chicken salad and banana pudding I’ve ever had in my life. A little pricey but worth every penny. Yum!
