When we decided to relocate to Memphis we stumbled upon Mr. Kendall Haney from the Downtown Condo Connection and boy am I glad we did. Kendall took a day to show us around the downtown area and walk us through a few lofts he had available for rent. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I pass his office quite frequently and notice that they always have a sandwich board outside listing real estate deals in and around the area. From the looks of it, it seems as though he may have the whole of the downtown real estate market in his pocket. In other words, if you are looking for a condo, loft, townhouse etc downtown — Kendall is your man. We looked into rentals, but he also does sales as well.
On a completely irrelevant note, Kendall is either a decorating wonder or I want the name of his interior designer cuz his office is fab-​o! His office rivals some of David Bromstad’s designs… and I love me some David!
