This place is amazing! They ask your name when you come in the door. The customer service is above par! It made shopping for a funeral SO much easier! Amanda was amazing!

I’ve been in here a few times, and each time I’m always hoping that it’s gotten better. Each time I’ve been pretty disappointed.
The place is well-​organized for the most part and the staff is very helpful. There’s also a wide price range represented, which I appreciate — especially on a teacher’s salary. Even on the high end price-​wise, there’s often some sort of sale going on. I’ve never come in here and been blown away by any price tags.
However, I’ve also never bought anything. Suits and dress shirts are generally on the low end quality-​wise, and there’s a very, very limited selection of patterns and fabrics. A large section of the store is dedicated to dress clothes, but there’s only two or three different «off» brands and it’s a lot of the same stuff. Shirts are crammed into little drawers that make browsing very difficult and just don’t give you the impression of a high-​end store.
They do have a large selection of big casual clothes, but so does Wal-​Mart. A big and tall store needs to focus on what’s actually hard to find for big and tall men — suits and dress shirts. I always hope that this place will fit the bill, but it just drives me closer and closer to biting the bullet and having my clothes custom-​made. It seems more and more like that’s the best option in Memphis.
