lots of fabric choices, but TERRIBLE customer service! I was browsing for what seemed like forever and not one of their many employees welcomed me, asked if I needed help or anything. One employee looked at me about four times but never said a word. Another practically ran into me and said nothing. Guess I wasn’t in a range rover so they had no use for my business. Will defintely tell others about this experience…

Calico Corners is a longstanding fabric store in Memphis for a reason. Beautiful fabrics, pleasing colors, nice tapestries, rich textures– you’ll find it all here.
I needed fabric to recover some antique chairs, and I found the perfect pattern here. The salesperson was very nice, but I did have to wait a little while for someone to assist me. The store was very busy that day, though, so I was patient to wait my turn.
They also have a nice selection of ready-​made draperies and rods, although I hesitate to buy anything very pricey until my kids are old enough not to spill grape juice all over them.
I didn’t see alot of fabric that could be used for kids’ room, and I did have my eye out for some colorful gingham. All in all, though, a great store, and one I’ll be visiting again.

If you’re looking for stylish fabrics, carpeting, and draperies that offer a little fun and kind of a modern flair, you may like Calico Corners.
The showroom is jam-​packed with a variety of trendy, yet somehow classic florals, stripes, and solids in various materials, such as silk, chenille, and more. You won’t find anything boring or eighties. They also carry a pretty decent variety of curtain rods.
Bonus, you get a complimentary in-​store consultation to help your life a little easier.

I’m on a search to find fabric for my dining room chairs so I decided to run in here during lunch as it was close to my work. A coworker had also mentioned that they had a great selection of fabric, which they did. However, the service was horrible! I waited for, hmmmm, about 45 minutes and left. No one ever asked if I needed help while I waited at the counter. I tried numerous times to get someone’s attention but they were too busy chatting in meaningless conversations (not business) to notice that I needed assistance. I did give them 2 stars because they did appear to have a great selection of fabrics, offered custom services and it is a great central location.
