The so called vet that works here belittled my marine wife and her service dog. If you wear a military related shirt he will make sure you know that he is a vet but will talk shit if you’re not a male. It’s not even worth going into the store b/c he makes it uncomfortable.

Make sure you’re a man if you want any service here. Came in with a male friend who got helped immediately. They didn’t even look at me. Next time I’ll bring a fake mustache with me and slap it on before I go in.

My first run in here; we stopped by to pick up a copy of Dirt 3 for PS3. Online listed a price of $ 29.99 which is great since at the time it was still a hot title only being on the market a few months. Grabbed a copy and the price marked was $ 29.99. After purchase, looking over the receipt we noticed we were charged $ 39.99. Brought it up with the associate and then the manager that was standing nearby and they wouldn’t honor the listed price. I can understand that mis-marked items can happen but this shit happens at their stores ALL the time. They offer one type of products; games and everything related to it. These stores are holding a limited quantity of stock so I assume with three employees on most shifts, they should be able to check every item and make sure the label is correct right? For this purchase, we decided to return our other purchases as well and go to Best buy and purchase everything new. Spent a few bucks more but it’s the principle. At Best buy, when items are marked down it shows the expiration date for sale pricing. FYI Gamestop. This location offers some decent titles on used games. If looking for specific, always call ahead.
