Gateway Tire & Service Center

Took car to Gateway Tire located at 3530 Covington Pike Memphis. The car battery and brake light was staying on; Dennis called and said the alternator was not working and he needed to put a new one in. At this point I don’t think Dennis was being honest because I was showed the day before the alternator was overcharging not dead.
After installing a new alternator Dennis call and said the good news was the brake and battery light had went out but the bad news was my horn wouldn’t stop blowing and lights wouldn’t go out. Horn wasn’t blowing before Gateway worked on it.
Took car to Mitsubishi Covington Pike Memphis, TN; I receive a call from Mitsubishi stating the horn blowing and light problem was caused by a shorted out ETACS unit. The short could be cause by probing around the electric system or installing the battery backward; Gateway tire refuse to pay for damage to the ETACS.
My friend truck was serviced at the South Heaven branch of Gateway Tire; there they replaced his power steering pump without adding fluid; tore up his steering system.
