I called the store on Macon Road-the person who responded to my question was rude and not very helpful. Based on my phone experience, I wouldn’t go to the Macon Road location to shop.

Ok, y’all. I’m about to feel really old. Actually, it was @GrahamsLighting when I had the revelation, «Holy moly, I’m an adult.» Because I was standing there, getting ready to spend $ 800 on a chandelier and was SUPER excited about it! Luckily for me though, they were having a 40% off everything in the store sale so I bought my beautiful new Art Deco chandelier that was originally $ 800 something for around $ 550. And, y’all? I don’t mean to toot my horn but it. is. gorgeous!!! The whole store(an old home, which adds to the charm of the place) is covered in chandeliers. It is beautiful to see. This could potentially be my new happy place because just browsing room to room is extremely soothing and a treat for the eyes. I mean, they have chandeliers that are well over $ 10,000. Gorgeous, stunning, other-worldly are words that only begin to describe how incredible these chandeliers are. Anyways, the girl who helped me was an absolute doll(I’m so sorry that I forgot her name). I walked in and said I wanted a black crystal chandelier for $ 600. She browsed a bit and said they didn’t have anything in stock but could order something for me but it would be more than $ 600. I understood. I had been online and what I wanted was either $ 200 or over $ 1000. Obviously there was something fishy about the $ 200 ones. So I decided to browse what they had and luckily fell in love with a clear crystal chandelier in my price point. I picked it out and told her to wrap it up. Then the most mortifying thing in the entire world happened — my credit card was declined. That moment was awful — so embarrassing. But she could not have been sweeter about waiting for me to call the credit card company. The credit card company apologized and said that since I had spent so much money that day(I bought some furniture that morning — and I never spend that much money in one day… or month), they were afraid someone and stolen it and put a hold on it. They took off the hold and she ran it without a problem. The point of me rehashing this humiliating tale is that the girl at Graham’s was so sweet during the whole thing. Most places would get an attitude but she was just like«Call them!» and when I handed over another credit card so she wouldn’t have to wait on me she said, «No, get it figured out! You need those Marriott point!»(I have a Marriott card.) Anyways, it all worked out and they were so helpful in putting my new chandelier in my car very carefully and well-wrapped. Will definitely go here for all my lighting needs(although I might wait for another one of their awesome sales)!

Graham’s has been around for a very long time and they have an excellent reputation in Memphis. Their merchandise is absolutely gorgeous. I never thought I could be so impressed by lamps and lighting fixtures. I loved the huge selection– so many different styles, shades, sizes, colors and textures to choose from. They also had some outdoor lighting and impressive crystal chandaliers. The staffers are well-versed in lighting needs, and will gladly help you find the perfect piece to set the ambiance in your home. A definite must-see for decorators and home design enthusiasts.

Gorgeous light fixtures and crystal chandeliers, some of which come from Italy and Spain. A huge selection of styles, including lanterns, bell jars, sconces, and game room lighting. If you have something in mind and they don’t have it in stock, they can create it for you in the metal or crystal of your choosing. They also carry exterior lighting and gas lamps. I found that the crystal chandeliers were particularly ornate and unique, using all different sizes and shapes of stones. They didn’t look like the mass-manufactured crystal chandeliers with the stereotypical drop crystals.
