Hot Wings Xpress

So, I almost love Hot Wings Xpress. When they get it right, the wings (fried or smoked) are delicious. The reason they only get three stars: inconsistency. The service is usually fair at best. The wait time is quite long. Unfortunately, even when my order is called in and I arrive at the time specified, I often find myself waiting upwards of 15 minutes for my order. On other occasions, I’ve gone to pick up my order only to discover they were out of the menu item I requested.
My favorite menu items include, honey gold wings, seasoned wings, smoked wings, Loaded baked potato with chicken and cheese.
Bottom Line: The food is tasty, by the service experiences I’ve had won’t allow me to rate it higher.

This place has the VERY BEST wings i have ever had! They have 2 locations and the other location is closer to my home, but this location has the better wings! I always get seasoned wings and they are always on point! I will usually call my order in cause they will usually say it will be a 25 – 30 minute wait, so by the time i get there i only have to wait like another 5 minutes. Well worth the wait!!!

I always get the seasoned wings, which are very tasty. I’ve enjoyed the mild wings before too. Call ahead if you can at least by ¹⁵⁄₂₀ minutes, as wait times can be lengthy
