Wonderful experience at this spa! All the staff from the front desk to the girls doing the procedure were cordial and reassuring and very concerned about my comfort during the procedure. They gave thorough instructions for after care which I appreciated. Was very pleased with the results and had very little downtime. I would definitely recommend Ideal Image and would definitely go there again!

I got my first treatment today! Even though it hurt I’m very satisfied with the results so far. Everyone in the office was so personable and friendly. Brook gave me an awesome price and my nurses were very thorough and knowledgeable. I can’t wait for my next treatment.

Ouch! !!! Somebody should have warned me that laser hair removal is painful or I should have researched it! I started coming here about a year ago, being annoyed by chin and upper lip hairs (DAMN YOU HORMONES)! It can get pretty expensive, depending on what areas you are needing treatment for. They also offer financing if you don’t want to break the bank.
On the day of my consultation, I received my first treatment. I had no idea what to expect. The lady who did my consultation described that it would feel like a hot rubber band hitting against the skin. Lol I felt like I was getting shock treatment. Every time I go I leave smelling like burnt hair. I thought over time I would get use to the pain… negative…you never get use to the pain. I’m a big girl so I take it like a G! No stress balls needed or no numbing cream… just straight prayer lol.
Is it worth the pain!!! Yesssssss… my skin looks flawless and no hair! My last official treatment was 8 weeks ago, but I had to come back for a touch up (stubborn hairs). So maybe a few more touch ups and I will be officially done.

I had my last treatment today! …well for my chin and neck anyway. By the 2^nd treatment I saw a dramatic difference, by treatment five there was no noticeable regrowth by seven I was going because it was part of my plan. Today she found three hairs. Like for real? 1,2,3 whole peach fuzzy hairs? I couldn’t see them but if she says they were they then they were. Who am I to argue? Plus it solidified my confidence in the services. This was my last treatment so they could have easily said nope no hair your good but she was honest! I use to have to shave with an electric razor every other day, I had a serious goatee going and my complexion was horrible do to break outs and ingrown hairs. All gone by the fourth treatment. The deals are and amazing. I’m getting my upper lip done now, I do my second treatment in a few weeks. Next is my underarms. I’m addicted because it works, it gave me back my confidence and it’s affordable! The staff is fantastic! #1 fan for life.

I had heard about laser hair removal, but I wasn’t quite sold on it yet. It was suggested to me that I should make a visit to Ideal Image. That was the best advice I was ever given. The staff there are super friendly & very personable. Normally when you walk into businesses like this everyone isn’t that friendly, but I can honestly say everyone from receptionist to the nurses were. The day that I went, they were having a special presentation, so there were ladies there like myself questioning if they wanted to do this. Lynesa was the lady doing the presentation & she helped to put our minds at ease. I decided to bite the bullet & do a treatment. My nurse Ajigne was the best. She talked with me the entire process so I wouldn’t think about the pain. I am now on my 3^rd treatment & the pain lessens each time, but Ajigne still talks me thru it as if it’s still my first time. I’m definitely glad Ideal Image was suggested to me. The fact that this is a great environment & I have to shave wayyyy less than normally is a plus!!!
