James Gattas Jewelers

Great customer service and amazing selection of jewelry. They have everything from Pandora charms to huge engagement rings. One of the prongs on my engagement ring was loose (not purchased here) and they were able to fix it perfectly. I have had my rings cleaned here several times as well, and they always do a great job.

I was very pleased with my experience at this store.
I came in to replace the chain of a necklace that was originally from James Gattas even though I did not purchase it here myself, so this was my first personal experience with the store. First, I wanted the exact chain — length, material, design, and width — and I had no idea what those factors were exactly. Both times I came in — initially and the second time — sales managers knew by sight that the chain was a particular chain, white gold with a 1.2 width as opposed to even slightly larger versions in a 1.4 or 1.6.
Because the chain was not in stock, they ordered it for me and had it in the next day, before 5pm (important to me since it was July 4^th weekend and I was leaving Memphis early Saturday morning).
Unfortunately, when I came in to pick it up the next day, the retailers had sent JG the wrong width (1.4 instead of 1.2) and the sales clerk and jewelry specialist did everything they could to fix it. The JG order sheet to the retailer DID say the correct width so this was clearly not their fault. Even so, they checked all of the chains in store again to make sure there wasn’t a substitute (even on the displays), and then offered to reorder the correct chain and have it sent to me after ensuring it was the appropriate width. They did this seamlessly, and it was fedex’ed to me in another city since I had already left, free of charge, by the deadline I needed to have it.
Overall, the company had wonderful communication both in person and on the phone when my orders were ready or being shipped (including shipping numbers), great conflict resolution, and really knowledgeable customer servants. I was please overall with selection in the store as well (lots of sales on gorgeous necklaces) and I promised to do any business I have in the future with them as well. And I will.

I was recommended this jewelers by our hotel receptionist. They had Pandora charms which are not available in the UK, so I was really pleased with the choices on offer. The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. I can highly recommend them.
