Winner! Winner! Chicken dinner! The worst customer service I have ever experienced. And I’ve negotiated for stuff in 3rd world countries.

I’ve used this location twice: once for a tuxedo rental and more recently to purchase a suit, tie, shirt, etc. On each occasion, the in-store service was great. When I purchased the suit, the sales associate was helpful, thorough, and quite amenable. Overall the selection, fitting, and purchasing of the suit was all one could ask. It all when sideways when I left the store. The problem revolved around a shirt they had to order. It was not in stock, but was slated to arrive at the store by the time I picked up my suit. It was not at the store – apparently it was damaged during shipping. Again, not a big deal since I was assured I could get it within 24 – 36 hours. No dice. Apparently the customer service representative I spoke with left my apartment number off of the shipping address, which meant I would not get the shirt in time. And the indifference I received over the phone could not have been more pronounced. My recommendation is to use this store with caution. If they have to order something, make sure you have plenty of time to jump through hoops after that fact or avoid getting something on order all together.

I came in on a Sunday afternoon. I’ve been twice already to look at rental colors and tux styles. None of those times did anyone mention measurement appointments until today. We waited 10 minutes at least just to get a guy acting as though he saw us. We set up the profile, which really should not have taken as long as it did. The connection is slow. Luckily the guy who helped us was decent, unlike this one guy who just completely ignored us even though he was right next to us, hiding behind the back wall. I hope the tuxes are better than men’s warehouse or i won’t return.
