Do not stay here. We checked in everything seemed fine on the outside but throughout the night we started noticing problems. The pool was pretty nasty and made you feel gross. We had an issue with ants covering the bedside table so we called the front desk to see if we could change rooms, we were told it «wasn’t possible» so he came and sprayed ant spray all over the room leaving a horrible smell. I literally felt like I was being eaten alive by bed bugs all night and could not sleep. Woke up the next morning with a bug in my hair, so fucking nasty. Ants were also on the walls and in the sheets. Should have just asked for our money back and left. DONOTSTAYHERE. Seriously so nasty.

F’in disgusting. Should have been condemned long time ago. And f.u. Priceline for even offering this.

I pretty much agree with all of the other one star reviews the only reason I’m giving this two stars is because I arrived at the Memphis airport without a reservation and everything in town seemed to be sold out but I went on Orbitz and this place showed up and it was cheap and available so I was just glad not to have to spend the night in the airport The shower took about 10 minutes to get from cold to hot maybe because I had to get up early and I was the first one to use it but it would’ve filled up two bathtubs before it got hot The heater in the room I put it on full blast and it never really got warm and then the bed only had a sheet and a thin Cover on it so I was a little bit chilly The man at the front counter was a complete idiot He made me sign a American Express receipt which I did and I used visa so I think he charged somebody twice Anyway like I said I just gave it two stars because at least I didn’t have to sleep in the airport

Grossest hotel I have ever stayed at. Especially the bath room. The shower had not been cleaned and the nozzle was very rusty. The door wouldn’t even close. Don’t stay here because any other hotel would be better than this one. I would also suggest staying somewhere closer to the Strip.

Don’t stay here. You have prostitute at your door all night long. I checked out a day before they charged me more. Don’t stay here Better hotels around.

same as other reviewer — got in really late, had nowhere to go. unlike her, everything worked, but be forewarned, this place is right next to FEDEX’S NATIONALHUB. in other words, there was a 737 flying literally a couple hundred feet over the hotel every 5 – 10 minutes until 2am. not cool.

Sadly, I have to say this was the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. My boyfriend and I decided to spend New Year’s Eve in Memphis. We got into town a little late, so our options were limited. We didn’t expect too much knowing that it would be a cheap room. But even for cheaper rooms things«should be» in working order. It was bad from the start though and we should have realized that when we were trying to place a call in the car to see if rooms were still available. It was pouring rain and a «security guard» was knocking on our car window wanting to know if we were staying or not. He was very hard to understand. It was a bad sign. But, as I mentioned, our choices were limited and time was passing by. So, we checked in. Over the course of the evening, over 20 problems were discovered in the room. These are the ones that stood out the most: — The bathroom door was warped and it was really difficult to open and close it. –The toilet kept wanting to run continuously. –The shower head had only 1 setting, fire hose pressure! It practically took our skin off, which made it very painful to wash. –There were missing light bulbs from the lamps. –The remote control was found under the bed and would not work properly. –Very slow Internet connection, but I will add, at least they did have free Internet. –We received a phone call at 1:22am, mind you this was New Year’s Eve. We were awake, but it was disturbing and annoying nonetheless. The voice was strange and sounded like it could be the«security guard» we had encountered in the rain outside. I could not understand what he was saying at all. It sounded like gibberish to me. I handed the phone to my boyfriend and he figured out that the guy was asking if we were the ones that had been looking for a cigarette. HUH!!! We said no and hung up. First off, to get a strange call like that late at night is wrong. Secondly, this was a nonsmoking room. It was all very unsettling. In closing, if you are visiting Memphis, I would recommend staying elsewhere. As my boyfriend said, a tent would have been more appropriate than this place!
