I love the donuts so I came to get my favorite original glazed but it is only 10:35pm and all the lights are off and no one answers me when I tried to place my order. I don’t understand why they post on websites and apps such as Unilocal and the Krispy Kreme app that they are open until 11pm and they’re closed. I waisted my time & money driving 15 mins to this new location just to be disappointed. Sad, I will have to say I will not be spending my hard earned money on places that take their customers for granted and do not keep their digital online information up to date.

Took one bite of an overly sweet glazed donut, only to have my mouth filled with, what felt like, an ounce of grease!!!
I prefer to stick to real donuts made at the mom and pop shops then to eat a KK donut!
If you like REAL donuts, go anywhere else besides KK and DD!

It’s Krispy Kreme! I mean really who doesn’t love this place. Freshly made, delicious donuts that melt in your mouth. I love that this location has a conveyor belt where you can see the donuts being made. Overall, good customer service and great donuts!

So, apparently I have never had a fresh Krispy Kreme donut…
I thought that I had, boy was I wrong!
I have had them right off the truck. I have had them right when my wife got home after picking them up. I have even microwaved a semi-​fresh donut and thought that it was the best it could be…
I WAS WRONG! We went the other night and picked some up in the DT when the HOT light was on… It was insanely fresh! I was almost afraid to pick it up it was so hot.
That donut melted in my mouth in a way that is impossible to describe by typing alone! It was ridiculous! For real!
Don’t dare deprive yourself another minute. Get in the car and park across the street and wait for the light to come on! You will thank me!
Also, is it donut or doughnut? I don’t know

Came to Krispy Kreme for our dessert after dinner. We arrived and the light wasn’t on, but that was okay. I prefer room temp glazed anyways. Upon our arrival we ordered a dozen of glazed. We were informed they were out. That their machine had been down since 3pm or so and it was 9pm when we arrived. The gentleman who was helping us was awesome. He asked the «supervisor» how long it might be and she snapped at him. She was very rude and nasty to him. Then she made a smart remark to him about it doesn’t take two people to make orders while he was still helping us (while at least 6 others were just standing there doing nothing, because they didn’t have any donuts to serve)… Oh and the GM had gone home for the day. New store. No donuts. Big thumbs down.

On a recent trip to Memphis, as I was driving down Winchester past the old Hickory Hills Mall, I was saddened to see that the little Krispy Kreme shop had closed. My disappointment was soon offset as I left Memphis and was driving down Hacks Cross Road and spotted a large Krispy Kreme sign floating in the air. As I was needing a caffeine boost for the drive ahead, I pulled into the parking lot and went in to avoid the long line in the drive thru.
Brand new, clean and spacious, this is the place for all your favorite donuts including the melt in your mouth hot glazed donuts which roll off the conveyor belt right in front of your eyes. Crack cocaine can’t be any more addictive.
