My experience with this location was great. I went to the drive thru for lunch. It was fast and friendly. My chili cheese pup was drowning in chili and cheese. So yummy. I only eat at Krystal’s every blue moon but this was a good moon. Why not 5 stars? A bad apple pie for dessert. Maybe this location has improved.

Ordered two double cheese Krystals. When they were served they only had one slice of cheese and no center bun. I took them back to the counter. They told me a «Double Cheese Krystal only has one slice of cheese now. One top of that, they were cold.

It’s dirty and they have awful service and they never have change for 100. Even if you order 35 dollars worth of food.

Obviously they don’t know customer service. You’d think after someone(that would be me) has to get dressed and drive back to Krystal because when her husband gets home with the bag they have made hers incorrect(but it’s nothing new) but today I thought…“no, I’m hungry so I“m just going to drive back up there myself and have them make it correctly.” And it wasn’t like it was a hard request, just to add extra onion. Basically I had none. There’s nothing like a hot, steamy double cheese Krystal… but if there’s no onion… that’s just WRONG! So me and my Krystal Craving go driving back several miles to get what I wanted/needed. Now granted I just threw on pants and a top… no shoes. I go through the drive thru and tell them that I just need to have my order corrected and hand them the sack with the receipt. They asked me to pull up and I wait. A worker brings out my bag and I open it up and you can maybe count the # of onions on both burgers on one hand. REALLY!!! So, I have to get out of my car… no shoes, no makeup and go inside and see a manager who I tell my dilemma to. I even have her look at the burgers to confirm what I’m saying. So I tell her at this point I’m just done… give me a refund. She asks me for my receipt, which I tell her is in the first bag. Then she asked if I did the 2 for $ 3.00…I said I assume so, as I gave my husband a coupon. Then she finds the receipt and says do you have the card… I have to put it back on the card. Well of course I don’t have the card, I ran out the door half dressed with a sack and keys. So to this I say… I’ll take the Krystals but I need you to go and either make them yourself or ensure that the individual who does puts extra onion on them. Well you know as well as I do I would have more onion that any one burger should ever need, but no worries i can always take some off if need be. Problem is these onions were just thrown on there and not even cooked on top of the meat. Well as much as I love Krystal, this will be my LAST time to Krystal in Bartlett. And even worse there’s no I’m sorry or here’s a fry or a coupon for your trouble of having to drive back up here to correct our mistake(twice). They just hand me the new sack. WHATEVER!!! So I can definitely say this is the last time I will ever eat or step foot in the Krystal in Bartlett. At this point I will not let it taint my love for Krystals because I will still have them when we go to Knoxville… after football games we love a sackful of Krystals. And, they’ve always been good, hot and perfect. And the volume in Knoxville is far greater than in Bartlett. Maybe the crew from Knoxville should come in and train the Bartlett store. Goodness knows they need it. And, my friends would be so very proud of me for not getting upset/irate…typically I am VERY vocal when it comes to being dissatisfied, but today I held my composure and thought… I’ve always heard people talk about Unilocal… so, I’ll just vent there.
