This is a small Cricket cellphone franchise on Austin Peay — opposite side of the road to Raleigh Springs Mall. The owner is friendly and approachable and was able to answer all the questions we had. Of all the phone stores we visited today, this was the only one that took the time to turn on the phone we were looking at and demo it. Customer service is everything and I will definitely be back. Oh and yes we bought the phone and yes we are really pleased with it!
