I was at work and we looked up this location and they had a fax # listed so we were glad since we work at a hospital and it was going to be a large order. So we got all 7 orders written on the lenny’s fax sheets, and away we sent it. We waited about 5 minutes to call and verify they received it to which we were told to hold to go look, they came back to tell us they dint have a fax. So we read the whole L-​O-​N-​G order to them, they read it back twice and everything was looking good. Got there to get it and it was ready (yay) got back to sort it ask and all was there but then everything went down hill from there… even though they read it back correctly 5 of the 7 orders were screwed up.
