Worst apartment complex ever!!! Outrageous fees, roaches, ac broken, flooding, no countertops installed on move in day, apartment got broken into 3 nights after I moved in… constant construction, parking is horrible… soooo glad I’m moving in 4 weeks!!!

Ive been here 3 months. It’s a large complex. Parking is limited but for an extra fee you can get an assigned space. My only other complaint and it has already been voiced here is the trash. In my opinion, it needs to be collected every couple of days because it piles up quick. Any issues I’ve ever had they responded to quickly. I personally think the apartments are a tad bit overpriced but I’m coming from the Georgia market where the same apartment might run me $ 800 max. I love the location because I’m less than 15 minutes or so from where I like to shop and eat. Whether I stay or go at the end of the lease is determined by whether there’s a rent increase. There are nicer places for the increase. Overall, my apartment is nice, free of insects and quiet. I have really great neighbors.

I have lived here for about 7 months. So far it has been fine. The biggest problem I see is the trash situation. When you go to the dumpster it is over flowing with trash. This seems to be an ongoing problem. I have heard this happens at other apartment complexes. As far as being safe I have never experienced any issues. The staff has always been friendly. My air went out and it was fixed the same day.

Apartment complex is not safe my neighbor had his life and his family’s life threatened by the adult kid of a lady who lives here and the management did nothing about it. Same neighbor also got attacked by a drunk guy while walking his dog in the morning… Management doesn’t care and just says that they have «courtesy officers» but it’s just a memphis PD officer who doesn’t really give a shit. Pools are constantly being used by ghetto people who don’t live here so you can’t go use the pools unless you want to deal with the loud cursing and ruff housing and if they aren’t then you get to deal with used condoms and trash left behind. The gym has old out dated equipment and the pins for the weight machines keep going missing which is annoying but that doesn’t matter because you can’t go in the gym with out having kids and other people just sitting in there watching tv and using the equipment as chairs. Just go to the Preserves it cost more but it’s gated and the staff actually gives a shit.

This apartment complex is the worst I’ve ever been in.
Leaky roofs and tons of cockroaches.
A lot of lazy and inconsiderate people
People move out and pile all of the junk they don’t want in an empty parking space. It usually sits there for over a week before anyone does anything about it.
Others can’t walk up to the trash compactor to throw their trash inside. Instead, they leave it sitting next to it.
I know a guy who was a victim of a robbery attempt in the parking lot just last week. They pointed a gun at him from inside of their car. Out of instinct he ducked and ran behind the car, then they took off.
*Go find a safer place where the complex staff will actually take care of the place.
Our place is on the third floor and they do nothing to fix the leaking roof. Take a look at my the pictures. It has been like this for over almost two years.
