Oh man… this has been a long time coming. This place has got to have THEMOST unprofessional night crew in the history of Mapco night crews! First off, I hate going places that have kids running the show. They are always unprofessional and service is never that great. The night crew here has kids and when I say kids I mean early 20’s. I walked in tonight to return some sunglasses and as I walked to the counter I was asked by a girl«what can I get you» I said nothing and before I could state why I was here she honest to God said, «so why are you in here»? Also the supervisor who is a kid was wearing headphones while working. Last week or the week before last an employee talked about making out with her boyfriend with me like I actually cared. Thew few events and other events I have dealt with here are so unacceptable it makes me sick. I left and went right across the street to the Ballingers and the guy who is a young guy was as nice as could be. I am calling corporate tomorrow and speaking to someone. I dislike this place a lot and wont be going back!

The Last Straw: I asked my friend to get a pack of Camels with a .75 off coupon I got in the mail. The cashier gave him hell over it because it had a generic pic of a pack of Camels, the specific type I wanted was not pictured, however the text on the coupon stated it was good for any kind of Camels. The cashier did not want to take it & made him go in search of the supervisor to ask her. He did not call her over which he should have done, my friend had to go find her in the cooler. The supervisor bitched at my friend because he went over to her. all this BS was not worth .75 cents! And then I had to hear my friend bitch about it for the next hour. I am always as nice to the people working here but they are at best indifferent and outright rude for no reason most of the time… Why are they so mean? I don’t understand. I am really sick of it & I won’t be spending money at ANY Mapco location again. I would rather go across the street to the BP station where the people are nice and actually give a damn about my business.
