Horrible Experience once past the Sales department. My salesperson was wonderful, however, there’s where the wonderful stops. I was promised the two mattresses I purchased in two days between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. On that day, I waited. and waited. Finally at 1:30, I phoned and told them my matresses had not arrived, and I was told someone would call me back. They didn’t. I called again. they said they had to send an «email» to the delivery people.. huh? Finally about 2:30 p.m., someone called me back and told me that my mattresses were not even in the warehouse and that someone should have called me the day before, but their records showed that they did not call me. At that point, I said to just cancel the sale. Then they incorrectly filled out the cancellation papers, and I got charged almost $ 500 anyway. Now I have to wait 10 business days to even get my money back. I’d rather sleep on the floor than do business with them again.

After tiring of feeling like the Princess and the Pea and endless Internet research, we finally dragged ourselves mattress shopping.
John and Daniel were helpful and patient as we tested most of their inventory. We finally found our favorite that we wanted to take home, and they beat any other listed price. Not only did they give us the best deal, but John delivered it for us that day in his truck and even gave us a ride home.
We were glad to support a midtown business.
Beyoncé may say «Lemme upgrade ya,» but Matress Firm helps you feel like Queen B.

We started shopping at Macy’s for a mattress but then remembered Mattress Firm was just around the corner. Glad we stopped in they had a great selection and the price was great. Can’t wait for my new mattress!
