This apt complex has everything I need: spacious apartments, a pool, laundry room, and a workout facility!!! I was shocked at how nice it is, actually. I wasn’t expecting it at all! One of the empty rooms was open while I was there, and I was amazed at how big each apartment is! And the gym was fabulous and never seemed to get too busy. The only downfall is the location. As a single girl, I would feel nervous to walk down the street alone or park on the street.

The newly renovated units are beautiful and affordable for such a great location on Union. The gym was awesome and we really enjoyed partying at the second level pool! Looks like the parking lot and parking garage provide convenience to the tenants along with the laundromat being next to the pool allowing you to swim and catch some rays while cleaning your clothes. If you haven’t considered this apartment complex yet, you should, especially if you like to hangout and/​or work between midtown and downtown.

This place has done a lot of renovating! Their gym is AWESOME! Some other great amenities is their super convenient parking garage and their pool (which they are also in the process of updating :)!) The pool is pretty dang cool. Its located on the second floor and gives you a nice little breeze. Overlooking the pool area is the laundry mat with a wall of windows. You could totally lay by the pool while watching over your laundry!
This is the perfect location if you work at the hospital! They are really making some major steps to improve the overall quality and experience of their complex!
