Hard to make McD’s uncomfortable but this location does it like a true master. Sadly staff and updated facilities struggle to provide a quality product and I’m forced recommend anywhere else in Frayser over this place.

Ok — McDonalds is McDonalds right? This is a company that was founded on the principle of receiving a product of identical quality and construction at whichever location you purchased it from. This location is the exception and possibly the worst run franchise I have visited. Expect slow service at the drive through or inside. If you place a special order (eg no onions) or expect to get a straw for your drink I give you a 50% chance of being disapointed.
I recently watched a rat run through the car park — I am sure that this problem was addressed by the manager I reported it to… Far better options for Fast Food in this area.
