Memphis Pool has been servicing my pool for the past 6 years and I really appreciate the weekly maintenance guy, Larry, for the outstanding job he does maintaining my pool. I have used several pool companies over the past 15 years, and no other pool tech compares to Memphis Pool’s tech, Larry. I will continue to use Memphis Pool as long as they can keep Larry on my account! B. Webb

Top notch. You get to know your tech and your tech knows you and your pool. When you need something special or an adjustment they show up. We have been well pleased with service received.

MEMPHIS POOL SUPPLY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE:
01/​26/​2012 service technician installs a new booster pump & I pay $ 512.69 at that time. Booster pump has 1 year warranty according to tech.
01/​28/​2012 I run booster pump for 30 minutes for the first time since install 2 days earlier and notice water coming out of the bottom. A seal is leaking, Leave message on office phone describing problem and telling them I want another pump installed on Monday. I dont want this one repaired (2nd pump I bought from them in 3 years) Service tech shows Monday & discovers leak. Service manager calls & I tell him the same thing as voice mail. I want a new pump out of the box. I explained this is why I pay a premium price so that I can avoid these problems and expect better service from them. He said he doesn’t like my attitude & refuses to replace pump and honor warranty.
