First of all, the service call is about $ 10 more because of taxes. They came out to fix my ice maker in my freezer. The price seemed a little high. I declined the service but still had to pay $ 86. They did seem very neat though. They had a mat at the front door and they had their shoes covered.

What a ripe off! I went on line to find someone to fix a refrigerator in an apartment that I manage. They advertised that there is a $ 79 diagnostic fee. While most companies waive any service charge if they make the repair, I was charged $ 177 for the repairman to be there for 10 minutes and put in a $ 15 part. Needless to say, I will never used them again and will spread the world that they are a complete rip off.
