New China Buffet

First, I walk in to wait 10 minutes to order while the girl at the counter flirts with the firemen in front of me. Finally get my food, take it back to the office to eat, only to discover that they gave me someone else’s food, is read of what I ordered. I call to have it corrected and the owner says to brig my order back. Can’t happen because I’m on a lunch break and it already took half of that just to get the food, because they wouldn’t answer their phone for a call in order. The owner states that if I bring it back later, then he’ll make me my correct order. Great, so WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO EAT NOW? This guy is a total jackass. Then said, that if I come back and buy something else, he’ll give me a discount.
Fuck you sideways sir. This was your one chance and from start to finish, you blew it.
I DID get to eat a crab Rangoon. It was absolute shit.

I have been eating here occasional for about 4 years now. I had posted great reviews of this place in the past but that has all changed. Something funny is going on here with this place. A few weeks back I had ordered over the phone and I was told my total was $ 16 something and I told them that was not right over the phone and I shouldn’t be paying that much. The person on the phone acted confused but as I furthered my grievance I was simple told «oh ok 14 dollars». I was being charged almost 3 dollars more than I should have been and I know if I had been wrong it would have been more of an issue with the person on the phone and they wouldn’t have immediately changed the price. I ordered again tonight via the webpage which has been updated for online orders and I saw my total and when the delivery man arrived my receipt was actually more than my online total said it was. Now, it wasn’t more by much at all but maybe a quarter, but I have a real issue with this. I was not given a remotely decent explanation for this and given my previous issue of what I feel was a purposeful act of overcharging me I can’t help but question what is going on. Once is a mistake, twice is a pattern. A quarter is not much but I can only think what if this was happening to every customer? I also honestly and genuinely believe some of the employees I have spoke to know a little more English than they are letting on and this creates a great deal of customer service issues when you have to speak to someone. I have never had a problem placing an order but if I have had a complaint no one understands me… seriously! Please be aware of your total amount and if need be do the math on how much your total should be with tax. Not so sure if I will buy from here again.

Food is ok but they’ve stopped delivering to my residence claiming it’s too far & I only live 3 miles away. Horrible customer service.

Have been getting take out there a good amount of times. The food is good and the time for the food to be ready is usually pretty good (about 10−20mins). The food is good but sometimes too salty. I like their egg rolls !

This place is not very good. The only reason I fool with them is because they deliver in my neighborhood. Some of their food is downright disgusting like their wings. But others are just bearable like their rice or lo mein.

This place is the most disgusting restaurant I’ve eaten at. I have seen them store food in containers on the floor.
The cooks do not wash their hands after taking money at the register.
They use their hands quite often while preparing food

It’s a small place… Just 3 tables and they focus on takeout. I’ve never had a bad experience. If you’re looking for a fancy sit down spot this is not the place, but if you want a quick tasty bite check it out.

The best Chinese food Ive ever had. Especially the food delivery to my place within 30 mins. Awesome experience!

Never ever ever ever coming here again, not clean, hot and no napkins in the dispenser on the table. Sesame chicken taste like Orange chicken. Never again
