Old World Floors

Craig at Old World Floors is courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the floor installation process with us and was always available on his cell phone. All of the installers were professional and they did an excellent job. Every concern we had was addressed promptly and thoroughly and they did not take any shortcuts.

While Old World Floors installs carpeting and tile they are better known in the industry for installing beautiful natural wood flooring. Their showroom floor is comprised of various oak, cherry, exotic, walnut and other hardwoods in a mosaic with different widths and stains. They offer Bruce engineered wood as well as natural wood.
The owners, Tom and his wife, are very personable and follow up with every step from sale to performance of their crews. They give detailed instructions on how to care for the floor both to acclimate the wood in the home before installation and how to maintain the flooring.
We are very pleased with OWF’s care from the removal of carpeting in our new home to the installation of 5″ plank red oak flooring.
