My wait time from check-in to actually seeing the doctor was excellent! All of 45 minutes for the whole shebang. But then I had to get lab work and the wait is 30 minutes and counting. Judging by the conversation the phlebotomist is a newby. Having no confidence in your ability is a trust killer. I worked as a phlebotomist for 12 years and I have little patience for the novice.
Besides that the facilities are clean. The staff is cordial.
